Did you know you can buy a HUD home with only $100 down? The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development started the HUD program to enable more people in Charlotte and surrounding areas to buy homes that have been foreclosed upon by their lenders. Called the Offer to Purchase and Contract, the new document requires a Due Diligence Period, fee and process from home buyers. Why is this good for home buyers? What are the benefits?
