Another Mortgage Crisis

As a Real Estate Broker, I’m asked a lot of questions about the “market”. Is it a good time to buy? Should I rent? There is no reason to “sit out” of the real estate market. We’re seeing the lowest fixed rate loans in history, there are approximately 12 homes to every one buyer and with a knowledgeable Real Estate Broker the loans are closing in a reasonable timeframe.
